This scene is from the movie Tron:Legacy, it's from when Sam Flynn goes to his father's arcade. 19 seconds into the clip there is a down shot when Sam enters the arcade. In this shot I think it shows how empty the place seems alone without his father taking care of it. Also how empty Sam must have felt all those years his father wasm't there.
